Domino Win: Champion Duel — User Agreement

This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of Domino Win: Champion Duel. By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance

This Agreement is between you and the operator of Domino Win: Champion Duel. The "Service" includes the mobile Application, online features, APIs at https://ilpph.dominwin.com, and related content we provide.

2. Definitions

  • Application — Domino Win: Champion Duel and its updates.
  • Virtual Items — In-app coins, bonuses, or similar digital rewards without cash value unless redeemed through approved payout rules.
  • Account — Your registered profile for accessing the Service.
  • User Content — Data you submit through the Service where such features exist.

3. The Service

Domino Win: Champion Duel is a domino-themed mobile game offering skill-based matches, duels, leaderboards, advertisements, optional reward programs, and features that require an internet connection.

The Service is for entertainment only. Unless clearly stated in-app, it does not constitute gambling, betting, or an investment offering.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any feature, virtual economy, or supported region with reasonable notice when practicable.

4. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you are a minor, you need parent or guardian consent.

You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for all activity under your Account. We may suspend or terminate Accounts that violate this Agreement or applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  1. Use cheats, bots, exploits, or unauthorized third-party tools
  2. Attack or overload our servers or APIs (including scraping or DDoS)
  3. Reverse engineer the Application except where law allows
  4. Harass others or upload unlawful or infringing content
  5. Bypass payout, fraud, or regional restrictions
  6. Use the Service for illegal financial activity

Violations may result in loss of Virtual Items, suspension, permanent ban, or legal action.

6. Virtual Items & Payouts

Virtual Items

  • Licensed for personal play, not sold to you
  • Non-transferable except as we allow
  • Subject to balance and rule changes

PayPal withdrawals

  • Subject to verification and fraud review
  • Require accurate PayPal details you supply
  • May have thresholds, limits, and tax obligations

We may reverse rewards obtained through error, fraud, or breach of this Agreement.

7. Advertising & Third Parties

The Service may show third-party ads and links. Those parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies. PayPal and ad networks may impose separate agreements when you use their features.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Application — software, art, audio, trademarks, and game design — belong to us or licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use in line with this Agreement.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. It is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the Service, you acknowledge that policy (published at the privacy URL you were shown in the app or store listing).

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR VIRTUAL ITEMS.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS OR (B) USD $50, EXCEPT WHERE LAW PROHIBITS SUCH LIMITS.

12. Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service, your breach of this Agreement, or violation of third-party rights or law.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service by uninstalling the Application. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, legal requirement, or discontinuation. Provisions that should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, governing law) remain in effect.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the operator is established, except where mandatory consumer laws in your country apply differently.

15. Changes to Terms

We may revise this Agreement by posting an updated version with a new effective date. Material changes may be notified in-app. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
